Fastcraft: arrive 45–60 minutes early, check-in closes ~30 minutes before departure. Overnight/RoPax: arrive at least 2 hours early. Bring a valid photo ID matching the ticket name.
Discounts
Students, senior citizens and PWDs get legally mandated discounts (MARINA MC 2018-07) with a valid ID; children 3–7 travel at reduced fare on most Roble routes.
Baggage
Hand-carried baggage allowance is typically 15–20 kg per passenger; excess and cargo are charged separately at the terminal. Confirm allowance when booking.
