Fastcraft: arrive 45–60 minutes early, check-in closes ~30 minutes before departure. Overnight/RoPax: arrive at least 2 hours early. Bring a valid photo ID matching the ticket name.

Students, senior citizens and PWDs get legally mandated discounts (MARINA MC 2018-07) with a valid ID; children 3–7 travel at reduced fare on most Phimal routes.
Baggage
